About spa attendant
The spa attendant welcomes guests, explains the services available and the rules of the house — what to bring, how long a treatment takes, where the changing rooms and the quiet areas are — and books appointments. Services and products are sold, treatment packages among them, and payments are processed, in cash or by card.
The attendant also cleans rooms after every use, washes floors and surfaces, maintains sanitary conditions in the wet areas, replenishes the stock of clean towels and keeps the store tidy. Cleaning equipment is kept in order: vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, mops and trolleys.
The attendant observes hygiene standards while cleaning, monitors the safety of the facility — slippery floors and the temperature in a sauna, for example — and keeps up with new spa products in order to be able to talk about them.
