About property assistant
Information is the first task. The assistant gathers financial information on a property and communicates property information to the people who ask for it. Clients are advised on the basis of that financial information, whether they are buying, selling or renting. The assistant also informs clients about lease agreements.
Organising the work is the second part. The assistant schedules meetings, arranges property viewings for interested clients, and processes the instructions passed down from the people the business works for.
Documents and records close the role. The assistant prepares contracts, assists with valuing properties, draws up the inventory of what a property contains, and works through electronic communication and the office systems that hold all of it. A property inventory can be the basis for settling up at the end of a tenancy, so it is compiled carefully.
