About power plant manager
As a power plant manager, you will oversee the daily operations of energy production facilities, ensuring that electrical power is generated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. You'll manage teams of technicians and engineers, coordinate maintenance schedules, monitor equipment performance, and make critical decisions about energy production levels based on market demand and available resources.
