About foundry manager
As a foundry manager, you will oversee all aspects of casting production operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution of short and medium-term production plans. Your responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and maintenance departments to continuously improve casting processes, optimize costs, and maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations. You will analyze organizational risks, manage commercial challenges, and work under pressure to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards and fostering process improvements across the facility.
