Navy officers command missions during conflict and peace times, and supervise training and development of their teams. They supervise combat operations of their team, as well as aid missions, and patrolling missions to ensure peace-keeping. Often they collaborate on a regular basis with the HR department of the HQCS for the best planning of the future needs.
About navy officer
As a navy officer, you will hold a leadership position within Poland's naval forces, commanding missions and supervising military personnel across peacetime and combat operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing training programs, coordinating patrol missions, managing humanitarian aid operations, and developing tactical strategies to ensure national security and maritime safety. You will work closely with your team of naval personnel, the HR department at military headquarters, and allied forces to plan operations, assess security threats, and maintain compliance with international maritime laws and weapons regulations. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on operational management, making it critical to Poland's defense infrastructure and regional stability in the Baltic Sea region.
