Grid Operator
The Grid Operator monitors and controls electrical power grid operations in real time. This role manages load balancing, coordinates generator dispatch, and responds to grid disturbances to maintain stable and reliable power supply.
What Does a Grid Operator Do?
Maintain grid frequency and voltage within operational limits, respond to disturbances within defined timeframes, and ensure zero unplanned outages due to operator error.
